- Start by going to the Settings menu on your Windows 10 computer.
- Select the option for Privacy.
- Go to Permissions for Apps.

- The boxes next to Browsing data, Cookies, and Cache should all be checked.
- To clear the data, use the Clear data button.
Solution #4: On your computer, check the Microphone Input Volume.
It’s possible that it’s a problem with your microphone settings. Check the volume and see whether your microphone is functioning.

- Start by going to the Settings menu on your Windows 10 computer.
- Go to the System tab.
- Make a sound selection.
- Select Input from the drop-down menu.
